ROLE AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and assess potential business opportunities
- Identification of target customers, market factors, trends and revenue potential by customer
- Works directly with appropriate personnel to prepare a plan to include target accounts, revenue potential, product development requirements, and other resource requirements
- Identification of new product needs for the stated market and development of road maps
- Presentation of business cases for proposed initiatives supporting the strategic market plan
- Works directly with the sales teams, business unit leader, and technical teams to implement the strategy and measure progress
- Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards
- Establish and execute sales strategies for accelerated growth, while meeting or exceeding existing sales targets
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years or above in disciplines such as engineering, sales, manufacturing, and finance
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
