Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager manages the assigned projects with budget and time efficiency in mind. The position plays a critical role in the delivery of the assigned projects, coordinates with all parties and provides updates to the Project Director.

  • Manage the assigned projects to meet budget and time requirements.
  • Monitor overall engineering, procurement and construction as well as test & commissioning to meet work schedule.
  • Monitor project balance cash flow, payment collection, cost control, procurement screen including provisional works.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation to the clients.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
  • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to Assistant Project Manager(s) and/or other team members.
  • Others as assinged.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, MBA or higher.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or related work.
  • Solid Project Management experience.
  • International communication full skills in speaking, writing, speaking and listening.
